with a 125w heat load applied by the amd k8 version of the frostytech synthetic thermal test platform, the cooljag falcon 92-al heatsink maintains a rise above ambient temperature of just 19.8°c at full speed (2500rpm, 52.1 dba). when we allow the falcon 92-al's 92mm PWM fan to spin down to about 1200RPM, we see an increase to 25.4°C over ambient. Noise levels fall dramatically to 30.8 dBA in this second case.

Compared to the stock AVC Z7U7414001 (stock AM2) heatsink the Cooljag Falcon 92-AL runs about 3°C warmer, and 11 dBA quieter when both operate at full fan speed.
