Information on Frostytech's test methodology is available here.

The Heatsink Fan:
The 92x92x25mm fan on the Cooljag Falcon 92-AL is thermally responsive. It spins at 1200-2500RPM depending on the temperature sensed by a thermistor located off the side of the motor housing. Noise levels range from 30 dBA to 52 dBA according to Frostytech's real world should level measurements. The fan connects via a 4-pin PWM compliant motherboard fan header and is backwards compatible with 3-pin connectors. The translucent 7-bladed fan impeller is internally illuminated with a pair of green LEDs. There is no fan grill to protect the impeller from errant wires, so keep the inside of your case neat and tidy!

Heatsink Top Uncovered:
Each nickel plated aluminum fin is soldered to the copper heatpipes for a joint with low thermal resistance. The fins are 0.2mm thick, and spaced 1.3mm apart. Each fin is roughly 100x106mm. The two central heatpipes are placed under the fan motor, but the remainder of their length gets the full dose of airflow from the fan impeller.

Heatsink Side A:
The Cooljag Falcon 92-AL stands 112mm tall, and the fins make up 78mm of that figure. The 92mm fan is set within the cooling fins, but the heatpipes are arranged in a straight line. The raised edge of aluminum fins is of debatable merit. The bulk of the heatsink is elevated 37mm above the base, so there is good clearance for adjacent capacitors and the like. Note the LGA775 mounting brackets are attached in this image.

Heatsink Side B:
Below the fan is 43mm worth of cooling fin. That is pretty substantial given the positioning of the four heatpipes. The side fins rise up to offer protection for the spinning fan impeller, and in reality that may be their only real value. If anything, the proportions of the fins, and the placement of the heatpipes all seem a little odd. Just above the copper base block is the skived aluminum base cap heatsink. The four heatpipes are soldered to the copper below, and the skived aluminum heatsink does make tangential contact with the copper tubes. Its conductive powers are apt to be quite minimal given the bulk of cooling fins above.

Heatsink Side B:
There is a 5.5mm plenum below the 92mm fan. We would have expected guards at either side of the heatsink to help direct airflow down into the body of the cooler, but as you can see there are none.

Heatsink Base:
The copper base of the Cooljag Falcon 92-AL heatsink is polished very smooth, but slightly convex in one axis and a little wavy in the opposite. This will impact thermal conductivity somewhat, so apply a good even coat of thermal compound with the included spatula. The base measures 48x42mm, and is at least 2mm thick, 5.0mm on average. Surface roughness is at or better than ~16 microinches, which is considered excellent. Note the four screws for attaching the side metal mounting brackets.
