The Fans: For some reason which is really beyond me, Globalwin make
      a point of
replacing the traditional manufacturers sticker with a plain black circle. I'd hazard a
guess and say that the fan here is made by either Delta or YS-Tech
and I doubt that is too far from the truth. The
fan supports RPM monitoring and connects via a standard 3-pin motherboard fan header. |

       Bare Heatsink:
       The
heatsink frame is set up for 70mm fans only, so you can upgrade the 15mm
thick version to something a little more beefy if you want. Moving to an
80mm fan would require a little more effort, and at least one fan
adaptor. Again take note of those nicely spaced nickel plated
aluminum fins and that mysterious space down the middle.... h'mm maybe it
is some kine of "crop circle" but in the shape of a line, and in the
fins of a heatsink!! Ohh scary stuff kids :) |

Side A: Since the heatsink is constructed with
a whole bunch of essentially flat parts the sides of the heatsink are pretty much barren of features - aside from the odd
punched out hole, or spacer. The base which is made from copper is simply swagged to the sides of
      the aluminum fan shroud. |

       Side B:
The fins are all 40mm tall, 0.5mm thick and spaced
1mm apart. The two horizontal lines you
can see in the background of the fins are special punch outs that keep everything
properly spaced. The copper base is a scant 3mm thick. |

    Heatsink Base: Globalwin
don't give us one of the most polished of bases here, but
the surface is relatively flat and relatively smooth. With the P4 things tend
to be a bit more relaxed than with the Athlon.
