The DTC-66 with the not-blazingly-loud Delta fan is a middle of the road cooler, above those of the other basically OEM coolers and not quite in the full performance spectrum. Still, the design is a proven one, and capable of giving the average user a competent cooling solution.

The full copper construction makes this cooler heavier than most extruded heatsinks that are floating around, but the three pronged clip means it can be securely locked down to the socket, and will lesson the chances of tilting, potentially damaging the core. All in all the DTC-66 isn't a bad cooler, and is surprisingly quiet with the AFB0612HH Delta fan, which hopefully wasn't just a freak coincidence.
