The difference in fans between the two Arkua coolers equates to not only a saving in acoustic output, but a decrease in thermal performance as well. The lower power 70mm fan just doesn't produce the same volume of air to keep up with the noisy 60mm fan and the Arkua 7528 drops down into the fourth position with our list of reference heatsinks.
