While the Spire Model 5T does have some redeeming qualities in that the base finish is relatively good for an extrusion heatsink and the fan is not that noisy, the fact sneak up to effectively keep it at, or just slightly above that of an average OEM cooler. The closest comparison would be the Volcano 6Cu+ where it fairs quite closely on the small interface die.

All in all the Spire 5T060B1H3R is a very decent OEM cooler. It won't get you top of the line performance, but then again if that is not what you are looking for it is great solution.
