Fatty Case Mods Case mods are one of the best ways to personalize that big hunk of white plastic and sheet steel that sits comfortably by your feet. What better way to modify the Fatty Case then by drilling it full of big, and I mean big holes. With all those tiny vents it was practically asking for it anyway. The goal with this case mod was to install an intake fan on the front bezel, a blowhole on the back, and a large intake fan directly above the slot cards (to cool a toasty video card). All the fans run on 120V, yup that's right 120V. Nothing like bringing a power cord to your computer, and the case. Anyway the first thing we did was go to the local hardware store and pickup a small assortment of hole saws. Sawing through sheet metal and plastic with a hand saw or Dremel is fine for small things but gets a bit tiring for larger, or multiple holes.
