The 80mm PWM fan spins at 1500-2500RPM and draws power from a standard 4-pin PWM motherboard fan header. It's backwards compatible with 3-pin connectors. The aluminum fins measure 0.30mm thick and are spaced 1.2mm apart.
The entire heatsink is 36mm tall, fins are 12mm tall, the base plate is 5mm thick. One of the nice benefits of a skived heatsink is that the fins are so thin they pose little resistance to air. There is no solder joint since the fins and base are one and the same.
The usable area of the Silverstone's NT07-AM2 base is 75x106mm.
