Vantec Thermal Technologies entered into the water cooling game for the first time in the companies history with the Stingray. This waterblock mounts to multiple CPU formfactors, has three fluid ports and is based on all-aluminum/copper construction.

This is a prototype of the Vantec Stingray water cooling block, associated pump and reservoir. The block utilizes a single input and two outputs.

The initial reservoir was later replaced with a smaller container so the volume of fluid necessary for the Vantec Stingray to function was vastly reduced.

Several of Vantec's latest socket 478 heatsinks are showcased, illustrating a change in materials to copper, and the increasing use of copper heatpipes.

This Vantec socket 775 heatsink is based on a very simple extruded aluminum design, incorporates a PMW fan and central copper core which mounts directly onto CPU die.
