Step 4. As we mentioned before, the grill comes from a standard Business Depot letter tray. All we had to do was get a good pair of utility scissors and cut out the approximate size of grill we needed. The little metal bit is a hole punch that comes in handy for knocking out the screw holes.

Step 5. After trimming off a little bit of excess material from the grill, and then punching out the four holes for the screws to pass through we dry fit it in the powersupply frame. The screws which hold the fan in place also hold the grill in place so no extra modifications are needed to install this piece of mesh.

From the side the grill looks kind of stealthy, and since it is pretty thin, it doesn't bulk up like the stainless steel mesh would have.

Step 6. On the top of the case we had to drill eight small holes for the screws which would be used to hold the second piece of grill in place. It was important to use something here which wouldn't accidentally come loose and start rattling around the inside of a live powersupply. So that there was no chance of this happening, the screws were held in place with lock nuts.
