Initial performance figures show us that the Sibak might be living up to expectations of high performance. The temperature results on the small interface die at 100W are below the 70 degree fold and that can mean very good things.

True to form the Sibak heatsink offers users some really good performance numbers here. Coming in at 45 degrees above ambient places this heatsink in some very good company. The performance of the Sibak heatsink on the larger interface die is not quite as high, but then again there is more heat to deal with over a larger surface area.

Overall I can say this about the Sibak AC06725TH - the heatsink is very loud, comes packing a fast fan, and offers some really good performance all things considered. I'm hesitant to call it a performance heatsink since it didn't quite come in under the 40 degree mark, but the Sibak still manages to shine in its own right.

The only issue you have to watch out for are those noise levels - they are among the loudest we've seen in some time!
