The 95mm PWM fan spins at 1000-2500RPM and draws power from a standard 4-pin PWM motherboard fan header. It is backwards compatible with 3-pin connectors. The four copper heatpipes are 6mm in diameter, and extend from the base up through all the fins. 50 aluminum fins measure 0.25mm thick and are spaced 1.0mm apart.
The Coolage Frozen Orb Z924 HDC heatsink stands 72mm tall. Heat pipes are positioned with 2.5mm separation in the aluminum block where they make direct contact with the processor. The base incorporates a 9mm thick aluminum section for mounting clips to attach to. Note the spring tensioned mounting screws. Each leg has a collar so the heatsink cannot be installed too tightly over the CPU. Spring tensioned systems are great because they ensure even load forces on the CPU.
The usable mounting area of Coolage's Frozen Orb Z924 HDC heatsink is 34x60mm in size. The four 6mm diameter copper heatpipes have been swagged into the aluminum base block, but are just slight above the surrounding aluminum. The mounting clips are swapped out for Intel or AMD installation by removing four screws.
