Information on Frostytech's test methodology is available here.
The Heatsink Fan:
The 70x70x15mm fan has a thermistor located just below the motor which determines the speed of the impeller; 3050-6000RPM. Airflow ranges from 21-41CFM, and unfortunately the Delta fan is not protected with a wire grill. The fan draws power from a standard 3-pin motherboard connector that supports RPM monitoring. Be sure to enable Cool 'N' Quiet in your motherboard BIOS to get the most from this heatsink, with the least amount of noise.

Heatsink Top:
The 35 extruded aluminum fins measure roughly 29 x 27mm in size. Each fin is 0.8mm thick and spaced 1.4mm apart. This is a fairly fine fin-pitch for an extruded heatsink. There is a 5mm plenum below the fan itself created by the aluminum fan shroud. The center 10mm of the heatsink are occupied by the tooless clip mechanism, rather than cooling fins with is unfortunate with this design.

Heatsink Side A:
The 70mm fan intakes air, and blows it down into the aluminum fins. The warm exhaust air then exits at either side of the heatsink, where it can go on to to cool adjacent power circuitry. The heatsink retention mechanism is dead simple, applying clamping pressure at either side of the Ajigo MF064-074 heatsink. The base averages 12mm thick over the portion where it meets with the AMD Athlon64 CPU heat spreader.

Heatsink Side B:
A stock K8 clip mechanism is used on the Ajigo MF064-074 heatsink. Once the metal tab locks into the retention frame, rotating a cam applies the clamping necessary force. The plastic arm also has a lock which engages to the HSRM frame.

Heatsink Base:
The base of the Ajigo heatsink is face milled perfectly flat in both axis. The machined base has a surface roughness of ~16 microinches.
