The initial results are
looking alright for this all copper Pentium 4 heatsink from Jetart. The
question on our mind right now is whether or not the JAP407A will be able
to pull up from the competition and offer higher levels of cooling performance.
Let's find out!

Ultimately, the Jetart JAP407A manages to produce comparable results to the
stock Intel solution, but isn't quite up the task of offering stiff competition to
any of the high performance Pentium 4 coolers like the Alpha PAL 8942 or
Thermalright SLK900U.
Still, all is not lost. The Jetart
JAP407A is bound to be a lot
easier to get at, and a lot less expensive than many of the
other Pentium 4 heatsinks we have in this reference list. That gives
the Jetart heatsink a performance lead over the other coolers in terms of cost. The Jetart JAP407A is a
very capable Pentium 4 heatsink, though one which really ought to be about
10 dB quieter to meet the growing expectations for low noise cooling in this day and
age.
