Arkua Q85X7J Heatsink From All Angles
The Fan:
The 70mm fan measures 15mm thick and is supported by a couple of steel brackets attached to the base. There is no metal wire grill attached to the fan, so loose wire could potentially get caught in the blades of this fan. The fan connects to the motherboard fan header and supports RPM monitoring.

Heatsink Top:
The aluminum fins have been threaded with the heatpipes, and soldered for a further improvement in thermal conductivity. The fins are 0.4mm thick and spaced ~2mm apart. Attached to the case aluminum base which also has some fins built in are the spring mounting clips. To make installation easy, the clips are screwed to the base.

Side A:
From this side we can see each of the spring clips, the fan shroud and the fan. The cast aluminum base measures 6mm thick at the center.

Side B:
The top of the heatsink is pretty clean, so not much to report here.

Heatsink Base:

The cast aluminum base which interfaces with the heatpipes is somewhat flat in the center region, and maintains a sanded finish. Using a good quality thermal compound would be highly recommended with this heatsink.
