"The next tab is the Forwarding tab. This allows you to forward TCP/UDP ports (it doesn't differentiate between the two) to an internal IP address so you can run a mail server or other type of server that runs on just a single or range of ports. If you want to be able to connect to many IRC servers you need to have identd on in your IRC client, and therefore the computer you are connecting to IRC from needs to be set to a static IP and it needs to be inside the same class-C subnet (i.e. 10.10.0.x or 192.168.1.x) and it needs to have the port 139 forwarded to it on this page of the control panel."
