"As it is a Friday, Singapore Sim Lim Square is pretty quiet. Azriel and I have time to hunt for the best deals. To my surprise, most shops have large stocks of Duron 600, 650 which are unlocked.
Instead of the Thunderbird 800 (locked), I decided to give a Thuderbird 700 a try since I noticed that the trays of TB are with the L1 bridges intact. We bet on it hoping that it is unlocked so that we could get an ASUS A7V with multiplier selector to overclock this baby.
We suceeded to POST Thunderbird 700 at 900Mhz @1.80v. We were able to run Windows 98 at 850Mhz."
