Optima, founded as an Australian company and still 100% Australian owned, started operation in 1989. With pc's being relatively new to our lives at this time, the industry was a lot smaller and less promising for market players. However, Optima grew as the industry grew, and are now one of Australia's biggest pc retailers, shipping over 3500 PCs per month. As this clearly shows, Optima know what their doing and seem reasonably good at it.
