There are some of the services that installed which you don't need it for
your daily PC life. You can always prevent it to load at startup by changing
Automatic to Manual to save memory and speed up the system (Go to Control
Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services). Here are some of the services
which don't really need for the desktop users.
