"VIA made its presence felt this year with lots of advertisements everywhere and of course, several booths scattered in different places of the exhibition area. They launched the VIA C3 mobile processor today and it is based on the state-of-the-art 0.13micron processing technology. The processors are manufactured by TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.), one of the biggest in the world. It is available at speeds up to 1GHz (133MHz FSB) and it comes with a huge 128KB L1 cache and a 64KB L2 cache. The processor requires very low power for operation and at only 52mm², it's the smallest x86 processor around. "
