The new $299 Matsucom OnHand PC is definitely for gadget geeks. Claiming to be the world's smallest PDA, this device puts basic PIM functions on your wrist. Overall, the onHand PC is an innovative device, but in reality will only be accepted by a niche market. If you're a normal computer user who needs a PDA to keep track of your data while you're on the go, get a Visor.
