"Some background information is that this is this build is not the latest (2223), there is a newer build (2233) out, I have been told about and when that falls in my lap I will update this preview then... Also there is not much difference from MS Whistler 2001 and Win2k. A lot of the changes are yet to be implemented but this preview gives us a good idea on where Microsoft is heading in the development of there new operating systems, Whistler. We all know by now the new WinME is just around the corner now and a lot of you have seen reviews on that, the UI has most of that structure now... With the control Panel and Windows Explorer almost look identical to WinME. As you read this, a lot of Win2k people have been fooled into thinking this is just a mod of Win2k and its not really Microsoft that created this and there have been leaked press coverage of this operating system. That is real and when you go to windowsupdate.Microsoft.com you will see this..."
