OCZ retail the Dominator for about $20USD, making it a fairly inexpensive solution to consider. In terms of sheer cooling performance it comes in closely behind the Vantec CCK-6027D which is an all copper cooler.

Once again we can see that the Dominator is best on the larger interface die, making it an ideal solution to consider for processors with heatspreaders. Unfortunately for Socket 423 users, it does not comply with the specifications of the heatsink retention mechanism.

The microfin technology combined with the 38mm focused flow fan are a powerful combination and the performance factor is hard to ignore. The clip works well, and is easy to engage without the need for tools which is always nice to see. I think the noise produced by the fan will limit the in-house applications of this combo to the die-hard, or acoustically insulated cases.
